Our Story
Meet Shreeya Gogia
Shreeya’s passion for advocating for women first came when she started reading arguments about women in debate. She took these skills and started to advocate in her own life with nonprofits Rise Now and Roar As One. When she realized that not many companies focused on giving back and focusing on women, she realized she wanted to make a change, which is why she founded the Her Impact Project. She hopes to use this platform to support and highlight women who have made a remarkable impact, while also advocating for a new consumer culture that focuses on sustainability and giving back.
Meet Srishthi Das
Srishthi’s passion for activism and curiosity in business is what piqued her interest in running the Her Impact Project with Shreeya. Her involvement in robotics, a predominantly male-dominated space, made her realize the importance of female leaders in the workplace and the lack of support women-owned businesses receive. She’s always wanted to use her voice to shed more light on the struggles and triumphs of women and spark deeper conversations about business ethics. Through this blog, she hopes to bring more support to female-owned businesses that are making positive changes every day.
